1. The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty (2013)

This one is a personal favorite of mine, it made me more adventurous and just made me wanna go places in general. Now it's a really really adventurous movie, but it's also funny as hell. Ben Stiller is the director and also plays Walter in the movie so you just know they're gonna crack some jokes with a director like that. It's a must watch!

2. The Hobbit Trilogy (2012, 2013, 2014)

So I've always been a J.R.R. Tolkien fan , and even grew up with The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy. But this trilogy. oh my lord, It's perfection. Not saying I don't love The Lord Of The Rings, but The Hobbit just does something that makes you wanna go out into the world and experience it. Maybe it's just me, oh well. Must watch!

3. Mad Max: Fury Road (2015)

So this movie is as intense as it is fun. It can also be very emotional at some parts, as well as romantic. This movie is many things. Oh yeah, it's also amazing. Definitely must watch!

4. Life Of Pi (2012)

So when I first saw the amazing Life Of Pi, it had me speechless. Absolutely speechless.

And this is because I was struck by the unknown beauty of the world that this movie brought to viewers, and it's very emotional and also very funny at times. But overall, beautiful. Must freaking watch.

5. Avatar (2009)

So this movie (literally) takes you to another world. It's called Pandora. And it's beautiful. Floating cliffs, waterfalls, dragons (aka great leonopteryx'). It's okay, I can't pronounce it either.

Now I don't think this movie will fill your wanderlust, but it will make you feel so many things you don't know what to feel. Must watch!

6. The Princess Bride (1987)

If you're feeling quirky as well as romantic or especially adventurous, then this is definitely a must watch. This movie is so hilarious and is an ultra classic film. You could watch it on repeat, no joke. Now this film is many things, as it should be. It's a romance, a comedy, a drama, and sometimes a soap opera. watch right now!
